Contract & Schedule Confirmation

Pre-Construction Preparation

Construction & Material Supply
All bricks, blocks, cement, mortar and paving are supplied directly by ETERA, ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery.
Supervisors monitor progress daily to maintain safety and workmanship standards.
STEP 5
Upon completion, we carry out a final inspection with the client to ensure all work meets New Zealand building standards.
ETERA assists with documentation and submission for the CCC (Code Compliance Certificate).
The project is then formally handed over — ready for occupancy or further development.
