Job Listing
• What you will do

Build and maintain relationships with customers and contractors in Auckland.

Introduce ETERA products (masonry bricks, blocks, pavers, mortar) and explain features clearly.

Follow up on inbound enquiries from website, phone, email, and site visits.

Prepare simple quotes and work closely with our warehouse and site teams.

Support project coordination and make sure customers receive accurate information.
• What we are looking for
- Confident communication in English and comfortable talking to customers.
- Interest in construction, building materials or outdoor/landscape products. (No experience required — training provided.)
- A positive, reliable, “get things done” attitude.
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a small team.
- LOCATION: AUCKLAND
- QUALIFICATION: Customer Service or Sales Experience
